Personality: Rodwell is a fairly ambitious player, who is very determined and has good leadership skill as he can influence his team to do well as long as he has fitted in well.
Position: I think Rodwell plays best at central midfield. However, i do believe that he is versatile as he can play defensive midfield and a role as a central defender.
Strengths: Jack Rodwell is quite an athletic player who brings a lot of physical aspect to the game when playing his main physical aspects are his stamina and strength. However he is a player, who enjoys, does well and work hard when playing in the big matches.
Weaknesses: Even though he is good at headering set pieces are not his strong point and his lack of inability to strike the ball cleanly which makes him a poor corner kick taker.
Current Ability: I believe that Jack Rodwell is Everton's strongest young centre/defensive midfielder. I would say Jack Rodwell is the 5th best central midfielder in the Everton squad at the moment. There is not much difference between Jack Rodwell and Leon Osman.
Potential Ability: I believe that Jack Rodwell will be one of the next England stars in a couple years as he is playing at a level where he is improving rapidly and at that time he will be a leading star for most Premiership Clubs. Jack Rodwell also has the required potential ability to be better than Everton strongest central midfielder Tim Cahill.
Recommendation: Is that Jack Rodwell is a good player and you should buy him for the future as he is a player who does not lose the ball for a price of £15 million.
