Personality: I do believe that Rodriguez is slightly a spirited player and the more determined the squad is the more determined he plays; Rodriguez is also a midfield playmaker as he has a very good passing accuracy, dribbling accuracy, technique, flair, but most of all he has exquisite creativity ability about him.
Position: I reckon that Rodriguez plays best at attacking midfield, but I do feel that he is equally adept to central midfield and he can also play on the left side of the midfield and attacking left midfield.
Strengths: James Rodriguez is an intellectual and creative player especially against the big teams and I also think that his ability to create chances and pick out magnificent through balls to plays is incredible; Rodriguez is also superior at taking every set piece.
Weaknesses: I do believe Neymar to be fairly weak in the air, the player’s inability to leap of the ground makes him vulnerable target in the air.
Current Ability: I think that Rodriguez is the second strongest midfielder in his squad but not far from the strongest midfielder Roberto Battion but right now I think he is a decent signing for a lower reputation club in Europe who escapes relegation battles in a top league or play for a top team in a lower reputation league in Europe, he plays similar to Yoann Gourcuff but a lot faster.
Potential Ability: Rodriguez is an upcoming player who will be the Columbian star and playing for a top team in Europe any time soon, I personally think that Rodriguez will be a leading star for most top team in top leagues in Europe and besides he has the required potential to be as good as or slightly better than Yoann Gourcuff
Recommendation: I believe that Rodriguez will become a star who will earn a lot at the top level so I advise teams to buy him from now while his value is cheap, he is the playmaker that every team wants if they haven’t got one so I suggest lower reputation clubs to get him before a big club does as he is a good player and affordable get him for a price of £1.5 million.
