Paloschi made his professional debut against Catania on the 20/12/2007 in a Coppa Italia tie and scored a poacher like goal after making a terrific run from the halfway line while his team were on the break to be passed the ball unmarked in the 6 yard box for a simple tap in. He scored against Catania again on the return leg. He made his Serie A debut on 10/02/2008 against Siena and scored within 18 seconds with an audacious half volley just outside the 18 yard box. He didn’t blast it but placed it magnificently thus highlighting great natural ability and technique.
Paloschi has made an extremely promising start to his career and will be looking for more first team opportunities in order to aid his development. This is a player who would appear to have a very bright future ahead of him and has all the attributes to become a top player.
